A view of the line from the perspective of Elroy, our powered pallate jack. He was the best tool for moving full bins of sorted grapes over the lip of the floor drain. Just be sure and plug him in every night so he’s fresh in the morning.

not to be confused with the Chat-n-Chew, native to Alburquque, though we did have to sample a berry or two from each batch to compare them.
As grapes, almost all the pinot noirs were quite good, with good acids and sugars. Some of the othe grapes brought in for client production were sort of bland. I won’t say which vineyards, but I wasn’t impressed w/ the merlots as a general rule. Some of the Italian grapes were less than flavourful but, were to be blended with other yummies.
