that fella in a second row from the bottom (fourth from the right) is my grandfather (my mum’s dad). this picture was taken in 1925 in Poznan, Poland. he was a gunner in a heavy machine unit (14 Dywizja Piechoty w Poznaniu, 58 Pulk Piechoty Wielkopolskiej, 1 Kompania CKM).
